This bright pink ferment is one of our favourites and we always have a jar on the go in the fridge. Think Mexican flavours – oregano, garlic, cumin, with a slight touch of chilli. By adding just a spoonful of this to a meal, you are consuming 8 different plants (eating 30 or 40 varieties in a week as gut health experts advise suddenly seems doable!)
Serving Suggestion: We love this with eggs, tacos (or any Mexican foods), avocado and salads. Also hard NOT to eat it straight from the jar!
