Our take on the Korean classic is crunchy, sour, mildly spicy, but with a lovely ginger kick. We make it with wombok when it is available or regular white cabbage at other times of the year. It is our best seller and it is addictive, you have been warned!
Serving Suggestion: Try a heaped spoonful or two with a bowl of steamed rice and a fried egg and you will be in heaven, we promise! We love it on the top of stirfrys, with noodle or rice bowls, but also in a cheese toastie (don’t forget to add some sesame seeds for extra nuttiness and crunch!).
